Our History
Established in 1996 by Ned Wasserstein, a Certified Financial Planner and former Registered Investment Advisor, Waterstone Property Management began with the acquisition of a six-unit apartment and two duplex multi-family project near the University of Akron. Under Mr. Wasserstein’s visionary leadership, the company has expanded significantly, becoming a leading property management firm in the region.
